Menambahkan..Untuk Keterangan Kan Juga Bisa ditambahkan pas digagalkan misal " Saldo Kami Refund "

Saya rasa ini hanya request aja. Saya ada pengalaman dimana member tidak pernah komplain dan saya iseng2 ngecek trx udah 1 mingguan pending. Baru saya gagalkan. Saya gagalkan dia bingung. Baru hubungi saya ini gagal kenapa?
Ada juga kasusnya utk trx banyak. misalkan dia transaksi 10. Nah pas trx ke 5 pending. lainnya sukses. kan saldo tertahan itu yang terpending. Member tidak cek saldo dan komplain kita gagalkan saldonya minta di kembalikan. Memang seharusnya saldo pasti kembali hanya patokannya member biasa di laporan saldo itu.
