permisi sesepuh

saya punya permasalahan tentang perpindahan otomatis ketika stock di suplier 1 habis/kosong/gangguan(reply gagal), maka langsung pindah ke suplier 2.

untuk kasus yang di atas bisa jalan normal di Mtronik (STK), ketika stock chip kosong(gagal) maka bisa pindah ke suplier 2.

tapi pertanyaannya, kenapa kalo untuk model transaksi dial mkios ini kagak bisa?

kronologisnya
ketika ada transaksi s10.081234567890 dan posisi stock chip mkios masih ada, maka parsing dialnya bisa masuk ke modul mkios 2.05 dan nantinya dapet balesan sukses.
tapi ketika stock mkios kosong, ketika ada transaksi maka parsing dialnya cuma nyangkut di sms pending, gak masuk ke modul mkios 2.05.
dengan begitu transaksinya pending dan gak dapet reply gagal dari mkios, dan akhirnya gak bisa pindah ke suplier ke 2.
